Resort Information
Condado de Alhama is an expansive resort, sprawling across 9 million m2 of rugged yet scenic Murcian countryside, surrounded by the Sierra Espuna. It consists of 3 independent property complexes - Los Naranjos, Jardines & La Isla - each with its own identity. The complex has many faciliteis which are always being expanded and added to, below are some of the facilties on site:

| Town Centre The three main objectives behind the development of Condado de Alhama - privacy, security and proximity.
There is something for everyone at Condado de Alhama, with a huge range of facilities on offer topped off by some spectacular sunsets! Al Kasar is the new town centre, and is approximately a 5 minute walk from the apartment, hosting a family friendly bar "The Clover" serving food and a supermarket. The "Signature" golf course was opened during November 2009 and the club house and golf shop is situated in the town centre of Al Kasar. Club Condado
Club Condado is 10 minute walk to the Jardines, where it offers a extenstive menu, a family friendly bar with childrens play area and games room. Additionally it has a private hire room and terrace which is available for bookings but also hosts a variety of evening events and entertainment.
Additionally, tennis courts are located directly outside the bar. |

| Variety of Pools There are swimming pools located in most of the gardens and between Penthouse blocks on the resort. These can be used by residents. |
