The Apartment
Located in the Los Naranjos area of the resort, it is a two bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that sleeps 4-5 people, though much larger parties can be accomodated through our network of apartment owners, which we can gladly arrange on your behalf. With a small front terrace overlooking Jardin 4's pool and small playground, this is a tranquil and friendly location.
The apartment also has a private roof top solarium, especially good for early morning breakfast or on one of the many balmy evenings to enjoy a glass of your favorite tipple.
The Apartment is NO SMOKING and sorry, but NO PETS either.
The Apartment - Outside Specification
The apartment is located up a flight of stairs, there is a gate between the top of the communal stairs (shared with one neighbour) and the small front terrace where you access the front door, there is a small cafe table and 2 chairs which is situated to over-look the pool area.
The apartment has a private parking space at the rear of the property.
A private staircase leads to an "all day sun" solarium and is located above the apartment and offers another 53 sq mtrs of outdoor living space.
It is fully equipped with:
- Pergola with retractable awning covering the outside dining set - allowing you to eat in either the shade or sun.
- Sun Loungers
- Lounge area with sofa, two arm chairs and coffee table - great for an early moring coffee or relaxing in the warm evenings.
- Charcoal BBQ for that essential al fresco cooking
- Lighting

Murcia is the sunniest region of Spain with some 315 days of sun on average annually, so the solarium is an ideal private space for sunbathing and relaxing in the gloriously sunny weather and ideal for watching the sun set over the Sierra Espuna which provides a dramatic and beautiful backdrop.
Each Jardin's pool area is set in a beautifully planted and lush garden. The pool itself is an enclosed fenced area for added safety.
WARNING! It gets HOT HOT HOT! Plenty of sun lotion is recommended.

An open plan kitchen, seperated from the lounge by an american bar. Fitted out with :

The apartment is equipped for family use with :
Travel cot and bedding
Baby monitor. The baby monitor can be plugged in on the rooftop, so you can relax on the roof with peace of mind that you can hear your children sleeping safely below you.
2 Light weight loungers for use by the pool or in addtion to the roof top loungers.
4 Beach towels
An "over the wall" airer is provided for the roof top to allow you hand your washing or dry your swimwear
Toys. There are a limited amount of pool toys and a "Didicar" to keep your children amused whilst under your supervision.
Please note that laundering of bedding and towels at the end of your stay is included in the cleaning cost of Euro 50, which is payable prior to arrival directly the housekeeper. We will provide payment information at time of booking.
